We started practicing Kung Fu in 1992, but only after years of hard Martial Arts training and studies we get to finally began understanding Kung Fu better, following the philosophy and its old Art. 
We practice Master Chang Kung Fu under Master Bestetti, making sure to spread in the most faithful way the ancient philosophy adapted to our modern lifestyle - thank to Shen Kung Fu - which we built in 2002 after being appointed responsible for Kung Fu Chang development in the Province of Lake Como.
